This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Alves Agency offers refunds for its digital products (e-books, guides, and courses, including the Online Extra Income Blueprint, Smart Economy E-book, Personal Finance Mastery, Beginner's Investment Guide, and 30-Day Financial Organization Method). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For one-time purchases, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a full refund within this window, no detailed justification required.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through our Contact page with:

  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The name of the product purchased.
  • The approximate date of purchase.

We aim to respond to every refund request within 2 business days.

4. Subscription Products

The 30-Day Financial Organization Method is billed monthly. The 7-day guarantee applies to your first monthly charge. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time to stop future charges; cancelling does not automatically refund charges already processed outside the 7-day window.

5. Access After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access link to the corresponding product is expected to no longer be used, and any downloaded files should be deleted. Continued use of a product after a refund has been issued is a breach of our Terms of Service.

6. Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Denied

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if:

  • The request is made after the applicable 7-day window.
  • There is clear evidence of abuse of this guarantee (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same product).

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been issued on our end.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our products after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
